When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

How long does shipping take?

We are shipping from the United States. Domestic shipping will take about a week, international shipping can take anywhere from a week to a month.

Shipping prices and tracking?

We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout, please choose the one that best suits your needs.

Flat merchandise will show an option that does not include tracking. Please be careful when selecting a shipping option. 

You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once the order is shipped.

Can I combine orders?

If you would like to combine orders, please reach out via the contact form with your order number(s) and any item(s) you would like to add. 

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We accept returns and exchanges, the buyer will shoulder any extra shipping fees incurred. If you have an issue with your order or your item arrives damaged, please contact us via the contact form.

We are not responsible for lost orders once they are shipped. If the order is returned to us due to delivery problems, we can send it again but the buyer will need to pay for the shipping fee once more. Please contact us if that is the case.

Please make sure that your address is correct and you write only in roman letters for international shipping.
